Who am I -- and Why Should You Believe Me?

My name is Amy Elder.  Today, I'm at my ideal weight -- and am in the best shape of my life.  But it wasn't always that way.  Ten years ago, I weighed 220 pounds -- I was 80 pounds overweight!
